Great for the feeling of crawling scalp or crawling sensations. Get quarter cup of water and drop 31 drops of this medicine in the water if you go over s bit thats ok and do this three times per day. In about two days the crawling sensation will stop but if you stop using this medicine, the crawling sensation will return. It does not help with itches just crawling sensations.I thought I was getting the non alcohol extract, either way it works to speed up recovery (from colds ect.) Of course I’ll be ordering again!I had previously used another brand and was hoping for same quality with the cheaper price. I won’t order this again.This stuff worked from the get go...Worth the Money........I ordered two of what I've been ordering for a long time but these were made with alcohol which I can't have. Jeez now I have to go thru the return process......This has alcohol in it. The item description should be more clear.
